Situated in the foothills of the Selkirk Mountains, you’ll be nestling each night in “The Roost” where you’ll drift to sleep to the sounds of the forest, hooting of a gray owl, coyotes on a far ridge, cattle calling from down the valley.

Bring your:

1. •Cross Country Skis and take a snowy trail from the back door into the forest
   

2. •Horse and ride remote trails all day without opening one gate
   

3. •Hiking Boots and take along some ice cold water and find a beautiful view or stroll along the babbling brook
   

4. •Snowshoes and explore winter wildlife.
   

Whatever your activity, “The Roost” will offer you quiet respite in one of our cozy king size beds, an inviting hot bubble bath in an old fashioned claw  foot tub and your own fully furnished kitchen and laundry.

If you plan to use “The Roost” as home base, you’re only 10 minutes from great golf, one hour from 3 major downhill ski resorts, a cup of coffee away from the famous Selkirk Loop for a fabulous tour of the Inland Northwest and British Columbia.
